Robocaller Has To Pay! Find Out if You Are Have A Claim!

Robo-call-center
The only thing worse than a call from a telemarketer is an automated or robocall from a telemarketer.

Between July 2009 and March 2014, Resort Marketing Group, Inc. (“RMG”) made robo calls offering free cruises on Carnival, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean Cruise lines.

If you received a phone call offering you a free cruise, you may be entitled to up to $900.

A class-action lawsuit alleges that RMG violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or TCPA, when they made automated telephone calls to consumers to offer a “free cruise” with Carnival Corporation & PLC (“Carnival”), Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. (“Royal Caribbean”), and NCL (Bahamas), Ltd. (“Norwegian”) (collectively “Cruise Defendants”).

The proposed settlement includes people who received pre-recorded telephone calls between July of 2009 and March of 2014 on their residential or cellular telephone lines initiated by RMG when RMG had offered a “free cruise” with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or Norwegian cruise lines as a promotion.
